  • Have held the full licence for more than three years before entering the Register.
  • Not have been disqualified from driving during the previous four years before entry to the Register.
  • Be considered a fit and proper person to have your name entered on the Register.

Convictions, including motoring and non-motoring offences still in force, may be considered by the DVSA. Fixed-penalty offences such as speeding may also be taken into account.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

If any eligibility information is false, becomes incorrect, or other information relied upon when entering the agreement ceases to be accurate, Pass2Success may terminate the agreement.

1.3 Training Before DVSA Acceptance

Pass2Success may, at its discretion, provide services before the DVSA accepts an application to begin the ADI qualification process. If the application is not accepted within a reasonable time, the agreement may be terminated.

02

Booking Tuition, DVSA Time Limits, Tests and Additional Training

2.1 Welcome Pack

Once the required initial course payment has been made, Pass2Success will provide a Welcome Pack containing criminal record disclosure information and resources to begin Part 1 study.

2.2 Part 1 Test

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the Part 1 test directly with the DVSA. Pass2Success may advise whether you appear ready, but does not guarantee a successful result.

2.3 Part 1 Re-Sits

You are responsible for arranging and paying all fees for any Part 1 re-sit.

2.4 Trainer Allocation

After passing Part 1, a Trainer will be allocated for Part 2 and Part 3 training. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a convenient location, subject to availability.

Pass2Success will use reasonable efforts to ensure that booked in-car training can be completed.

2.6 Part 2 and Part 3 Tests

You must arrange and pay for Part 2 and Part 3 tests directly with the DVSA. Both tests must be passed within the applicable DVSA time limit after passing Part 1. You are responsible for arranging tuition in good time.

No Pass Guarantee
Advice that you appear ready for a test does not guarantee that you will pass.

2.7 Test Participation Requirements

You must meet all DVSA requirements for attending and taking each test, including arranging and being accompanied by a pupil for Part 3 where required.

2.8 Vehicle Use for Tests

Where Pass2Success provides a vehicle for Part 2 or Part 3, it may only be used for the agreed purpose. You may be responsible for uninsured damage or accident costs while the vehicle is in your custody.

Pass2Success may refuse to provide a vehicle if your driving is considered unsafe or, for Part 3, if you are not considered competent to manage and control a pupil safely.

2.9 Re-Sits and Rescheduled Tests

You are responsible for all DVSA fees and arrangements for any re-sit or rescheduled test.

2.10 Test Vehicle Charges

Test vehicle use may count as two hours of your in-car training allowance. Where it does not, Pass2Success may charge its then-current vehicle-use rate.

2.11 Additional Training

Additional training beyond the included entitlement may be available at the current rate. It must be paid to Pass2Success in advance and not directly to the Trainer.

2.12 Test Results

You are encouraged to tell Pass2Success whether you passed or failed and to provide a copy of the result so that training needs can be reviewed.
