Intensive Driving Crash Courses 

Course content may vary depending on the client’s needs or instructor’s recommendations. This is in the client’s interest and can be changed at any time by the instructor. The course start date and test dates will be agreed on booking, but the tuition times will be agreed between the pupil and the instructor.

Deposit require to book require so instructor can book your course confidently to their diary deposit are non-refundable. The balance is due 1 weeks prior to the course starts date. Should a client require a formal invoice please request this on booking. No other refund of monies paid will be given or changes to the course.

Any abusive, offensive or other such conduct will not be tolerated, and the course may be terminated without notice and will result in fees being lost.

 

Any test booked Via Learner

Any learner booked their own test are responsible for it, driving school or instructor will not change date or cannot take responsibility even test get cancel by DVSA in a short notice learner have to pay  full amount for all hours booked for a test day.  

 

All Pick up and Drop of Point Agreement 

All pick up and drop of point need to be agreed in advance and are not changeable.  

 

Licence and Theory Certificate Validations 

It is your responsibility to make sure your driving licence and theory certificate are valid and up to date, driving school are not responsible for any errors or refusal to take on practical test by examiner. 
  

Lessons Punctuality 

Where a pupil has individual driving lessons, learner need to be on regular lessons anyone absence from lessons anytime 2 weeks in a row or change and cancel lessons on regular basis will be drop down from lessons slots, and new learner will be taken in to fill the slots. 

  

Instructor waiting outside pick up point

If for any reason you late for your lessons, lessons time will be deducted from your training course hours also our driving instructor will wait outside your pick-up point maximum 10 minutes then leave and you will lose that complete training session for that day. 

 

Fitness to drive 

You must be fit to drive regarding legal and medical requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to drive on each of your lessons or test. Sickness, tiredness, alcohol, illegal and prescribed drugs may affect your driving; any of these could put you and other road users in danger. Please note that some ‘over the counter’ drugs may affect levels of concentration; always read the instructions on the packet. If you are taking any drugs, please check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure they will not affect your driving. If you have recently taken alcohol or drugs (legal or illegal) please inform your Driving Instructor. In the interests of public safety, I reserve the right to cancel your driving lesson or refuse the use of the car for the driving test if there is any suspicion of impairment because of illness drugs or alcohol. You may face action from the Police or the Crown prosecution service if you choose to ignore the law regarding your fitness to drive. 

  

Driving School Car for Test 

The instructor reserves the right to withdraw their car for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be of a test standard. While your instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test, he/she cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during the test and is not liable for consequential loss. Your instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by the DVSA due to bad weather, sickness, staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellations are beyond the control of your instructor and therefore the lesson fee and 'use of car' fee for the booked period will be charged. Your instructor will advise you about claiming compensation from the DVSA. 

  

Timekeeping & Traffic Delays 

Our instructors cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic delays, any lessons start time running late, the pupil will be contacted if possible, our instructor will make up any time lost at the end of the current session or add to a future booking.
