Pass2success Terms and Conditions 

  

Lessons fees 

All lessons are payable beginning of each lessons before starting engine. 
 

  

All Pick up and Drop of Point Agreement 

All pick up and drop of point need to be agreed in advance and are not changeable.  
 

  

Licence and Theory Certificate Validations 

It is your responsibility to make sure your driving licence and theory certificate are valid and up to date, driving school are not responsible for any errors or refusal to take on practical test by examiner. 
 

  

Block Booking and Intensive Driving Course Refund 
 

All Block Booking and intensive driving Course fees final balance need to be cleared by beginning of first lessons before starting engine. All pre-paid payment is non - refundable at any circumstances and all Course Package got time limit to complete the courses. 

  

Price Changes 

The price of lessons that have not been Pre-paid may be changed at any time. You will receive prior notice of any price increase. 

  

Lessons Punctuality 

Learner need to be on regular lessons anyone absence from lessons anytime 2 weeks in a row or change and cancel lessons on regular basis will be drop down from lessons slots, and new learner will be taken in to fill the slots. 

  

Cancellation Policy 

You must give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or to re-arrange your lesson otherwise lessons fees are charges full. If for any reason you late for your lessons, lessons time will be deducted from your training course hours also our driving instructor will wait outside your pick-up point maximum 10 minutes then leave and you will lose that complete training session for that day. 

  

Short notice Test Booking 

A short notice test is when there is 2 weeks or less from the date of the first planned lesson to the date of your booked test. Booking of a short notice test package consist of 4 hours' worth of instructor and tuition vehicle time. During the first 2 hours you will be assessed on your driving by your instructor, after the initial 2 hours assessment your instructor will tells you if you are ready for test or not. If you need additional hours your instructor will advise you how many hours you need, you will need to be available for the time slots your instructor is available. If you cannot take the require hours instructor asked for your instructor car will not be allowed on test for your safety also instructor and other users on the road, and you will be charged £50 for 2 hours lessons already taken.  
 

  

Fitness to drive 

You must be fit to drive with regard to legal and medical requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to drive on each of your lessons or test. Sickness, tiredness, alcohol, illegal and prescribed drugs may affect your driving; any of these could put you and other road users in serious danger. Please note that some ‘over the counter’ drugs may affect levels of concentration; always read the instructions on the packet. If you are taking any drugs please check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure they will not affect your driving. If you have recently taken alcohol or drugs (legal or illegal) please inform your Driving Instructor. In the interests of public safety, I reserve the right to cancel your driving lesson or refuse the use of the car for the driving test if there is any suspicion of impairment because of illness drugs or alcohol. You may face action from the Police or the Crown prosecution service if you choose to ignore the law with regard to your fitness to drive. 

  

Driving School Car for Test 

The instructor reserves the right to withdraw their car for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be of a test standard. 
While your instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test, he/she cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during the test and is not liable for consequential loss. Your instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by the DVSA due to bad weather, sickness, staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellations are beyond the control of your instructor and therefore the lesson fee and 'use of car' fee for the booked period will be charged. Your instructor will advise you about claiming compensation from the DVSA. 

  

Timekeeping & Traffic Delays 

Our instructors cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic delays, any lessons start time running late, the pupil will be contacted if possible, our instructor will make up any time lost at the end of the current session or add to a future booking. 

  

All this terms and conditions can be changed or add anytime, it is a learner responsibility to check our website from time to keep updated. 

  

You must agree to all terms and conditions prior to booking a lesson with pass2success.
